I just don't think there is anything else to be done with the current design of paint markers. The only thing I have noticed for the past several years, aside from a few vendors, is to either just mill to the point of near structural failure, or to just swap some parts around a little, change the angles a little and call it something new. Then you have the other end of the spectrum, like Dye's NT, which is to make it overly complicated and add more parts and rings than it really needs and call that something revolutionary.
