A pgp could do just about anything a cocker can with enough time and money, but I would vote a phantom. Easier to maintain, no timing (I've had 5 cockers, two of which snipers, and only one has worked for me), and great all around.

Since we are talking about hypothetical addition to reducing the game down to one marker, I would like to reduce the game down to one type of player (honest, laid back, mechanically/technically savvy). That way we don't have to worry about renters messing up cockers
