My sneaky but mean way to "Cheat" NOT WIPING

I play recball and speedball and I have noticed a sneaky way to "cheat" but also teach people a lesson. When I am in a snapping battle with someone, I usually call the ref to check out the player in a specific spot, like their right elbow. As the ref goes over to check they will usually open up to show the ref, WHICH THEY DON'T HAVE TO DO!!! While the player does this, you just take your best shots, when you do hit him, the ref is right there! I know it is cheap, but I only do this during speedball and when I play pump against electros. It is an evil lesson, but you NEVER have to show the ref anything, it's their job to look for its on you. If you don't like my sneaky tip, don't use it. I will never use this tip against new players, it is not fair because they don't know the rule....

Try this out some time, I know a ton of people who fall for it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RUN DOWN THE FIELD AND BUNKER OR SURRENDER THE PERSON WHILE THEY ARE GETTING CHECKED!!!!

I actually did that to someone a few weeks ago. works well, and is super cheap, but works against those kinds of players...

That is shady. At my home field, if the ref is checking someone, they are out of play. Any way of "cheating" is not good paintball. It might help get you someone out, but you should be able to do that without being cheap. If not, practice more!

Ah yes, paintball is all about pulling a fast one on someone. If you can't beat them with skill, just get some help from an official. Good job.

This is to BigBtheBenji, at my field the player is still in play and at orientation they are told NOT to stop playing. I never really do this because I don't usually need to, but in the situations where it is me using my nelly and two other pumpers against an entire team of electros, it comes in handy =D

This is an jack-*** move and things like this make people start gunning for you the rest of the day.

Worst when I hit them and they wipe =( cyber bully me too!!! But no one is laughing when the vapor is brought out, only thing they are doing is crying =D

That's kinda what I was going to say - I play pump against anything, I don't care what they shoot, I'm not going to cheat to get somebody out.

When its full of wipers, and I can't over shoot em, OF COURSE I am going to do something.

I would be ticked if I dropped my guard to make the refs job a bit easier and it was just a ploy.

There has to be some trust between players.
