a.k.a. FullSpinPaintball | Wow, that IS significant! I ran my Hurricane on a 20 oz CO2 at OK-DDay a couple years ago, since I would have run out of HPA halfway through the day...

Bulk CO2 is mostly dead here. some fields fill it but others have stopped... I'm fine with it. 12 grams and HPA is all I need. I do however, have a ton of 3.5oz co2 bottles if anyone is interested... I suppose I should set up a sale for all my co2 bottles. |

Around here CO2 is all but dead for on field play but a few places still fill it for outlaw play. It makes sense really. On the field HPA is easier to deal with and the efficiency really is a moot point. Off field is another story.

wycke... call ahead to Montgomeryville army navy before you drive there. They may still do fills and they may not. When I still lived up the street they were still the only paintball store in the area (other than Dicks and wally world) so you may still be in luck. Hopefully the outlaw players still keep the demand up for fills. E |

From the perspective of someone who runs a field and events at that field, CO2 is a pain when compared to HPA. It takes longer to fill, requires staff, requires more pre-planning (is the bulk tank full or do we need to get another?) and can over-pressurize if you start the day at 35* and end the day at 75*. Just my opinion. That said, I have no problem with 12ies and really could care less what gas you use if you bring it yourself. That's D-Day's stance this year. They haven't banned the use of CO2, they just won't be offering to fill it. You'll have to bring your own if you want to use it.
