How to Attach my ContourHD to my Proflex??

Wondering the best most efficient, less shakey way to successfully attach my contour to my JT Proflex, do you use hard/soft ears? Let me know!

I have the hard ears and I use the Contour goggle strap mount. Works like a champ.

For the barrel I like the Nummech barrel mount. The newer ones have both the Contour rail as well as a standard tripod thread so you can mount anything.

I have mine mounted on top. Required drilling a couple of holes in the helmet mount, but it's super secure and the angle is great.
