Who can make me a stock inletted for a tank?

So I've been trying to finish up a project of mine and can't seem to find anyone who can inlet a stock for a tank, I really want to run this thing as a tank in stock, anyone care to help me out/point me in the right direction?

WALZ was my first pick but it doesn't look like he has the tooling to do a tank in stock setup, I'll try Brassballs, thanks!
