My name is Samuel, when I made my first Xbox Live gamer tag I was typing my first name and accidentally typed in Sameel. It stuck and it's easy to remember.

My first screen presence was DeTrevni, which was simply "inverted" inverted. I liked it a lot. Still got that one on a few forums.

For Magoo, I have a weird tendency to wind up in stupid situations wholly because I don't pay attention to my surroundings.

Mine is/was my original xbl gamer tag. When I came up with it, it just seemed right.

Chappy is my nickname IRL. My boss and my in-laws call me Chappy. Many moons ago, a drunken acquaintance I'd just made couldn't remember my name and said"what's your name again?!? Chappy?!?" My best bud was there and decided it was good enough to stick. That was 1995.

I ran a small paintball retail business specializing in pump gear for a few years called Horizon Paintball.

Danke. I was not aware of that thread. I went there and posted notice of this thread. If you find one, you can now find both. People can now post where ever they see fit.

Long story short, I was wearing a Grendel T-shirt one day just after starting to play paintball. Two "Staff" members were picking teams and one of them picked me by saying, "...the Grendel guy..." and the name stuck.

The nickname is so ingrained now I get called Grendel on conference calls at work occasionally and even my wife will occasionally use it.

Pretty similar to this one:

All of my T-Shirts I played in back then were Comic Book character T-Shirts.
