Question for any other gals out there

Ok, so I'm at a loss for boobage support/protection.

Padded sports bra? It's a concern of mine, I haven't even ran with these things yet. So little bit scared....

I got lucky with D's, but little worried about how the hell to deal with these...

I had a lot of female players at my field the most comfortable ones seemed to prefer a sports bra and then one of our cheapo ($10 or so) chest protectors. Getting shot in the chest hurts regardless of gender.

Invest in your chest

I totally feel your pain- I'm a 32DDD and finding a sports bra in general was tough.

If you're looking for a decent bra- go to Victoria's Secret and spend the extra cash. Make sure you try it on first- if you don't have a store near you and need to order it online, get a few different styles then keep the best one.

Half the time, I don't even wear my sports bra when I play. I just throw on a tank top with a regular bra/no bra/bandeau and a Hawaiian shirt. Than again, I don't really care if my boobs aren't perfectly wrapped up in the standard boobie box. Honestly, whatever you're the most comfortable in.

Ive never had a chest protector and I almost always get shot in the boob.
Bottom line- if you're comfortable- you're doing it right.

With a short search I found this that might help : Women's Chest Protector

Details from Ring to Cage women's chest protector : Women's Chest Guard. Made of Polyurethane: shock absorbing foam, and very lightweight. Flexible construction that allows comfort, Elastic straps on the shoulders with 3 inches wide elastic velcro strap on the Back. Protects Chest.

Or maybe look at options for female chest protectors for the sport of Fencing : https://www.blue-gauntlet.com/BG-Brea...ir_p_3740.html . You can paint them up to look like coconuts and wear your Hawaiian shirt with it

I hope that helps

My better half usually runs with two sports bras... Then again, she did martial arts for a long time, so she may have developed a high pain threshold
