New, smaller T8.1 derivative from First Strike- FSC?

Sorry if I'm behind the times with this one, but has anyone handled one of these things yet?

Brass and Wood Fan
They're not out yet. The only people to handle them so far have been those with access to the prototype.

I can't say I've seen one yet but, I remember hearing about them when they released. I guess this makes a better sidearm than the previous model (smaller grip, shorter barrel, 6shot mag) but, I can't say I'd recommend it beyond that. The short barrel is going to cut down on efficiency and be louder. If it's really modular though, that might be a decent base gun for a TCR type rifle, especially if First Strike releases longer capacity mags.

For shooting primary pistol, I'd still recommend a TPX or, a T8.1

I got to fondle one at Dominion in Cali this year.
Light and small, feels really good in the hand.
I think I need a pair of them..

With a longer barrel it would look kinda like a Ruger Mark II.

I dunno, to me it seems like it will probably be a non-starter. From what I see of the pistol market people have already been gravitating away from the T8 due to the weight and lack of mag options when compared to the TiPX, I'm not sure anyone outside of a very small niche within a niche are looking for a subcompact with even less capacity.

I just really don't understand why they haven't put any resources into lighter magazines or expanding the capacity range, something players have been asking for since day one. Tippmann listened and it sure seems they've been doing well with the TiPX as a result while Tiberius has fallen out of the top spot as a magfed leader.

Tiberius pistols are still a better design than the TIPX, imo, dated as they are.

To be honest I agree, as far as feel and operation I much prefer the tib's, but they need a lighter magazine option to be competitive IMO, and in that regard they're way behind the curve.

I really hope this gets made,it would be the only gun I'd consider buying new.My last new gun purchase was the H7 and before that an Ion
I've tried just about all common pistols, the only one I've liked is the Piranha USP.They have all been too heavy and bulky
The shot quality on the Tibs are great but the mags are just sooo heavy
Hopefully the self defense market will motivate them to produce these with an option of extended mags

Is the co2 cartridge in the mag? Are they only getting 6 shots from a 12g?
