So a mechanical Luxe? or a single triggered electronic Luxe? Did I miss something?

A mechanical Luxe would be EXTREMELY desirable.

Isn't that pretty much what the GOG EnEmy is?

Not at all. The bolt engines work very differently. The eNMey is a blowforward spool where the Luxe is a balanced spool.

I don't get it, what's the trend? Is custom triggers a trend?

-Single triggers might be a welcome trend.

Virtually no tourney level, or even midgrade marker apart from woodsball stuff, has come with a single-finger trigger in... like a decade or more. Maybe two, since Shockers haven't been single-trigger since the shoebox era (which ended in '03) and Angels haven't been single trigger since the LED days ('98 or so).
