If you want centerfeed and non-electric for $50, I would go with an Autococker Trilogy. They're quicker, quieter, and more stable than Tippmann 98s or any kind of Spyder clone like the Azodins. Cleaning is super simple (the bolt slides out with one pin), and maintenance is easy. (You don't have to worry about timing them.)

There are some things I don't like about the Trilogy. They don't usually come with clamping feednecks or on/off ASAs, and the stock barrels aren't great. But you can upgrade those things one at a time when you can.

Spyder Special Editions (the green splash) are a solid marker for playing and budget friendly. Usually 40-$50 on eBay.

I know a guy that played UWL tournaments with an enmy using a revy. Not a grav hopper but not force feed either.

Then don't use a gravity hopper.

So....you have two broken Trilogies. Get one that works. I owned a Trilogy for four years, and it was my go-to loaner. Paired with a Revvy, it never chopped paint. It was super-reliable, simple, and easy to point.

It's nearly impossible to find a classic mag for less than $100. I've bought/sold about a dozen in the last few years, and all of the "deals" that I snagged for less than $100 weren't really deals. They always needed a parts kit, a new powerfeed plug....something that made them NOT less than $100.

Basically, I'm trying to say that your wishlist doesn't fit your budget. You either need to save up a little more, or you need to be more flexible about what you want.

And FYI, this thread is starting to sound like a HouseHunters episode.

I would say a mech Ion - broken ones can be had for cheap, and the mech kit basically replaces everything anyways - but they'll cost you a bit more than $50.

I built mine for just over $100, thanks to a good deal from a member on here. Works every time, no issues since I replaced the stock reg with a CP, and works great with a VL90 gravity feed hopper and a 22ci tank.

Light, reliable, efficient - a Mag can only boast one of those.

“But Lord,” asked Gabriel, “Is this not too generous to these Canadians?”

And God replied, “Just wait and see the neighbors I shall inflict upon them.”

The most fun I've had recently has been shooting my GOG eNMEy.

Cheap. Reliable. Best Mech gun ever made. (Haven't shot the GMek yet, obviously)
