Magfed pro shop?

Anyone order from magfed pro shop before? So far my experience is as follows...

I ordered a magwell and some zoom dots a week ago tomorrow. Both were listed as instock when I purchased them. The order was accepted, but has neither updated nor shipped. I sent them an email on Friday which has received no response.

Figure Iíll contact them again tomorrow through PayPal if I get nothing by the end of the day.

Did you try calling. I hate talking to people on the phone so my first instinct is to email too. However I've found most businesses respond to phone calls. 1.844.4.MAGFED

Edit. But make sure you ask them to please respond to your email for your records.

Magfedproshop is legit. It is local to me. I went there once last year to pick up a 9ci tank because they were the only place in America with it in stock. It is a one man operation in a small industrial space.

Give him a call, it forwards to the guy's mobile phone, so you should be able to get a hold of him.

I have heard good things about them, but my experience was ordering a Carmatech Nemesis barrel when they came out in March. Website said they had 10-12 in stock. I purchased one. Waited a week, didn't hear anything. Emailed, didn't hear anything. Called after a week and a half. They bungled their stock and apparently "sold all of them" at an event.

Was offered a refund or a new barrel shipped whenever they had one in stock. I opted to wait. Been waiting since then for the manufacturer to get the new batch of barrels out, but that's not Magfed Pro Shop's fault.

Also, try messaging him through Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/MagfedProshop/
Looks like he is very responsive on there.

He just hosted a magfed game this past weekend at a local field, so he must still be operating.

Thanks for your input. Got my answer via PayPal automated emails sent at 1:24 AM. One stating my package is on the way, the other alerting me to a random refund of $6.48. While I would have liked an actual human response, I am glad they’re on the way, and realize I’ve been spoiled by Mike Casady’s customer service.

Between him, PPS (sometimes) and CCM the pump community is spoiled to hell.
