I use the molle holders sale2me sells, the 6 tube holders. I put 2 of them on the vest, then I also have 2 of the pbmafia leg harnesses. So right there is 32 tubes, though for small games I just use the leg harnesses. For big games I add on the joyride so I don’t have to leave the field as much. I also use one of the six shotgun shell holders for my 12gms fed through the vest belt loop. So at most I can hold 52 tubes and 20 12gms. But generally only have 20 tubes and 16 12gms in me. Rarely ever even use up what I am carrying unless it’s an event.

I still use a shotgun belt that was given to me from a friend that was getting out of the game for tubes. I use a shotgun stock wrap for 12g on my forearm. That should be fine for a fellow "Cheap a$$ gunslinger" right?

Edit: Don't know how I missed the part about the vest. For a big scenario game I would use one of these for bulk storage. The first 8 loops look to be fairly easy to access and at any point that I had down time I would restock those 8 loops as needed.

Anything with elastic loops for 12ga shells will be the way to go. I like just a simple shotgun shell belt these days.

I like those molle holders too. Still switching around vests, packs and gauntlets.

Shotgun bandolier with a dump pouch is nice and light. You can instantly slip it off after a game.

I get that. How about a drop leg harness? It'll go with your belt and won't flop at all.

I run a drop leg dump pouch from condor. Forgot to mention that earlier. Only became an issue once when I crawled over a log and got hung up on a branch, very entertaining for the refs watching.
