While I'm not certain microbrewery idea would work, I do think at some point someone will make a good case again and even though it's $20-$30 more than other paint, it will sell.
The problem with comparing this to beer is a good brew, let's say is twice as much as a Miller light, but ok, that's only $6 or so. But I sure as hell am not paying $120 for a case of paint
If I were it better do things that I didn't think were possible like defying physics sort of things

A couple of things.
Once you make the paintballs you have to sell them and ship them.
You will need liability insurance in case somebody gets hurt. Or at least claims they got hurt.
Microbrews exist because people want different. Paintballs need to be the same. So unless they taste better (it has been tried) or fly better (also tried) yet are interchangeable with every other paintball you won't have different.
We must prepare for the cowpocalypse or we will all be manburger.
