I'm new to pump but I can still put in my 2 cents coming from newer players and the so called "next generation"

You guys are not making new players come up. The reason I say this is that newer players and especially young players want fast or accurate. Alot of new players that I see want a sniper or a machine gun, and have no real interest in the slow methodical play of pump and especially dont have interest in stock class. This could be just the kids though, because they know little beyond COD or fortnight. For me the older guys will keep playing they're pump while the newer younger players aren't interested and that can lead to the death of an entire play style and a community.

I guess that the only remedy is to make pump more accessible to newbies and give stock class a break until newer players take interest in pump as a play style.

All and all I dont want to lose pump because I'm just diving in and in general want to explore it

Not a terrible price (I was watching that one)
I've seen ones in rougher shape go for around that figure lately.

I got one (last year) with rust in the same spots. A little brass brushing and steel wool made the exterior fine. If the last user did not leave a 12 gram inside, the cup seal might still be good.

Nelspots can always be brought back to working order with some TLC

Bacci has a video on replacing nelspot internals with Phantom internals
I've done this with both of my Nelspots so I can adjust the velocity

Pre-made sears for Phantom internals in a nelspot are available from flyweightnate here on MCB.

Phantom Trigger shoes fit nelspot triggers with no problem.

Welcome to the steel-stock class gun club

I think you have a misunderstanding about stock class. It looks slow, but if you play against electro markers, you need to play hyper aggressive. The stockclass players I know are always the farthest forward on the field.

Most people are mixed with rec ballers at their local field. As you grow in skill, pump is the sporting way to play, and stock class is the perfection of pump. If it's a fair fight, electros are fine.

Thats where you will find me ...

Also, I feel like Stock class is the natural evolution to pump, it allow you to move faster and better, and at the end, you really dont need all those rounds on you ...

Definitely planning most of those mods for it. I also want to put the back bottle valve on it so I can use a bucket changer.

Nelspot number 9 - Not its final form.

That's the perfect form factor in my opinion. The bucket changer adds a little weight to the back to balance it.

Gonna need to find a solution for roll outs probably. I've read about something called the fishing line mod?

Instructions for the Fishing Line Mod
The pictures are due for updating soon.

A lot of the older Nelspots have tight bores. Number 9 is 0.675 and my other nelspot is 0.680. You might not need to do the mod.
