From the couple lots I've bought from them you're correct. They put an item number in the eBay listing and write it on the box as well. They also are horrible about packing items. Both times they basically just put a handful of bubble wrap in the box and tossed the items in. I got a lot of barrels from them recently and that was the case except for the pieces that were in sleeves in the listing. They really just put in as little effort as possible.

You actually got bubble? I just got extra grime as packaging material.

A combination of that and newspaper. But nothing actually around anything.

I understand the frustration, but in their defence all the lot listing have a disclaimer:
"These are Pre-Packed in Priority Flat Rate Boxes so we CANNOT combine shipping!"

Yeah I know that's their policy, I just have a hard time finding the logic. It just comes off like "well we can't because we don't want to".

I've only ever received broken crap that they couldn't otherwise sell in their "mystery boxes".

After telling me twice in a row that they are pre-packed, I gave up and just paid for the one small item. Now they message me asking for the item number and then "oh, yeah that would fit in the package".

I have one of their old gunmetal "Messiah" Model 98s that they advertised in their catalog and magazines. So I messaged them asking if they had any of those old catalogs or any sort of info on these special I&I Sports privately label Tippmann 98s. The response was what I'd expect from a 4 year old and no better than banging my head against a brick wall.

I replied asking to for my original email to be shown to the oldest two employees who may actually know something but of course never heard back. Maybe they've had to many martial arts kicks to the back of the head. They probably don't even remember their Ronin line of soft goods. Or they just really don't care which says everything about I&I Sports.
