If I can get them running I'll play with them a time or two but they're mostly for petting and coveting. I don't and won't have kids so there likely won't be anyone to pass them down to. Whoever has to clean out my garage after I keel over will be in for a surprise
Did you get the armson that was on eBay?

I started collecting by accident really. It's just the result of being in the sport a really long time. As other players fell by the wayside I bought or was given a lot of unwanted paintball gear over the last thirty years. It's gotten to the stage that I'm unsure of what to do with it long term. Unfortunately there are few if any other collectors in Australia and because they are considered firearms over here, shipping overseas isn't an easy option.

Guilty. Been keeping an eye out for one for while now. It showed up today but I haven't aired it up or torn it down yet. I'm assuming it'll need a full rebuild before I can field it.

Considered firearms, that sucks, I doubt you could even fire a real round out of a paintball marker to start with

I have nostalgia from when I used to play as a teenager (02-07) so I have a handful of older electronic guns. (link in sig for anyone interested). I find that I prefer the ergonomics and modern improvements of today's market.

Although, I do prefer some older loaders like the Vlocity as well as older soft goods. It seems that reliability and durability have improved in hard good but most soft goods now kind of suck.

I still have a bagmaster pack on y suspenders from about '90. It had a lot of play but still looks pretty good. I've been thinking about changing the harness on it. I think the suspenders have about another 10 years head start (and metal buckles). Elastic stuff can't last as long as plain nylon that fits.
