Phantom Cocking Rod Shims

I am going to start back up and make my fortune off making shims.

What I am offering are 1" and/or 1 1/4" flared and polished shims. Like last time I will check each shim for smoothness before sending out. Shims will be $5 a piece up to 15 which I will offer a to be determined discount(to be edited later) once I get back up and around and or once I have an order for that much.

I will look into doing slotted full channel shims and come up with a price once I get the necessary tooling, aka dremel, and know-how squared away.

TLDR:
1" or 1-1/4" polished flared shim
$5 per up to 15
TBD 15+

Slotted Full Channel Shim
$TBD

Current Order List:
turbowagonman - 4 Reg Flared
Clueless - 12 Reg Flared
Fleeting Expertise - 2 Slotted Channel Length

Note: As of this date, 07-16-18, I have purchased a Drexel and have in my possession a pipe cutting tool. I have also ordered some brass tubing and I am currently looking for a universal flaring tool.

If interested please reply below with a number.

6 at least. How long do they last? I play every Sat and Sun religiously, solely with a Phantom. Hard use expected life span?

That depends, the one I have is still good and I made it a couple years back. Depends on use and dis/reassembly I guess

Note: As of this date, 7-3-2018, I do not have the tooling required to cut and flare because they were lost in a move. I should have tooling back on or around 7-15-2018.

If interested please reply below with a number.
I would avoid using a dremel if possible. A pipe cutter will work much better as long as you have a 3/16 rod in the tube to keep it from tapering in.

I have the tools I made/modified when I was making shims if you are interested.

Thanks,

Brock

I am not sure if they will fit my current project since I do not use a CCI frame. What is the OD of the shim?
