Splatmaster parts – Figure 8 tip, CO2 Knob and Speed Wheel (3D printed)

Hello MCB.

I finally completed testing on a few 3D printed parts for the old Splatmaster.

I will not keep large stock of those parts, so most of it will be printed to order. To avoid any confusion or problem, here is how the process will work:
- Contact me to request what you want, part, color and quantity (large order will get a discount).
- I will give you an estimate of when I will likely have your order ready with the total of the order.
- When everything is confirmed, I will print, inspect and test the parts.
- I will request payment and ship the parts to you.

Shipping: Buyer pay for shipping.
I will ship USPS priority mail shipping (small flat rate box) for $7.90.

Payment: Paypal only.
I will only request payment after the parts are ready to ship. This will prevent paying for parts that does not exist yet.

The available color are Black, Blue, White, Red and Grey. This may change at any time, contact me to confirm availability.

Here are the parts I have:

- “Stock” figure 8 replacement tip: $5.50
Pretty straight forward, this is a basic replacement for the original tip.

Tip with gun.jpg

- Speed Feed figure 8 tip: $8 without detent or $10 with the detent installed
Are you tired of feeding the entire 10 round tube inside your Splatmaster? Are you tired of digging out the tube when it get jammed too far inside the gun? Here is my solution: a replacement tip with a detent built in. Now you can use any tubes and not have to transfer the cap from one tube to the next. It uses the standard Tippmann detent to keep the paintball inside the top tube.

- “Stock” Speed Wheel: $8
Pretty straight forward again, makes it easier to tighten the knob. It will require a hole to be drilled on the original knob for the bolt to come thru. It fit the regular Splatmaster and the Rapide.
(Stainless hardware included)
* Do NOT tighten the screw without the knob in the grove or the sides WILL brake *

- Replacement knob with built in speed wheel: NOT for sale yet (maybe one day ...)
It works great in my regular Splatmaster, but it break instantly when I try to screw it to the Rapide ...

Oh man, I'm definitely in for the detent 8s and the 12 gram knob. Let me think about what I want and I'll PM you tomorrow.

Actually I have some more questions first.

How is the detent held into the 8?

Would you make me a one piece knob if I promise to never use it on a Rapide?

The Tippmann detent have 2 leaps; the front one fit inside a cavity in the tip itself, the second is held in place by the tip of the gun when installed. Also, the grove is snug enough for friction fit: it doesn't fall on its own, but it is loose enough to be removed if needed.

I had not enough testing without failure of this one; It is still at the prototype stage. If you need one to put your Splaty in service, we can figure something out ... Every Splatty should get to hit the field.
