dye rotor (og) floor tray wont sit right and moves around

nothing is worse than running of break just to shoot 5 balls and come to realize yet again that my floor tray has shifted and balls are now underneath it and rendering it useless for feeding, and having to go back to staging and dump all the paint back into the bag and fish out the hanging out few hanging with the duracell triplets. anyone know of a solution to fix this. my floor does not look warped or bent but everytime i turn it on the rotor and let it free spin i can hear a tapping noise of it colliding with the floor tray so its clearly not sitting correctly.

Sounds like youre not seating the plate in correctly. It should slide into the retaining tabs at the back, then you push down on the front until it it clicks into place.
