The Emek is initially being released as a Field Rental marker with retail models to be released shortly after. It will be available in BOTH .68 and .50 caliber. It comes with a 10" 1-piece barrel with cocker compatible quick threads and screw in ASA, but the ASA body can be upgraded to the Etha2 POPS body.

It operates with a hinge trigger with rotating safety switch. The gun is powered by a Gamma Core drivetrain of the Etha (the same valve design as the Gmek).

I feel like the price will be around 250-300, still great for that price.

Brass and Wood Fan
I'll be shocked if it's $200.

As I said, rumored to be. That being said, Jack was more pouring gas on that fire, not trying to put it out. That and trolling, rightfully so IMO, a comment complaining about the pricing on the Etha2.

Yes it has a cheaper 10 inch barrel and I think the Etha 2 has on/off asa which this does not have.

I wonder how aggressively they'll be going after the rental market with these? The Gamma core is pretty durable, but I wonder how it will hold up in the long run as a main rental?

They're definitely pushing these as rentals, which makes me think that price may be accurate. Some more info here (skip to 3:29 if you want to skip the CS2 info).

My field has been using the gtek's for rentals since they were made available to the public and all I can say is rentals put these things through absolute hell but the gamma core quietly sits there and does it's job through and through. I've seen rentals put everything from rocks to mud to sticks in their hoppers and the gamma core just keeps shooting.

Looks goofy with a .50 cal barrel, BUT these seem to be an awesome alternative to the GMEK. After all, it's the Gamma Core that's really the selling point in my opinion. Throw it in a lesser expensive package, I'm sold. I can't justify spending $400+ for a not pump, but the EMEK might just become my back up!
