Axe barely shooting 10ft

I apologize if that topic has already been covered, i haven't seen anything quite like it yet and I'm hoping someone can help me out. So i took my axe out this past weekend. I hadn't shot it for about two weeks but before it shot great. I had replaced some orings on the bolt assembly and relubed everyhing then when i went to shoot it it was going maybe ten feet when it shot. I made sure the tank wasn't screwed in too tight and replaced the orings with the previous ones and no luck. I lubed the poppet oring and that didn't fix it either, neither did throwing in a new battery.made sure the gauge on the asa was reading around 200psi. I'm not sure what else to do. Any ideas?

Does it sound like it's shooting right?

I wonder if something has happened with the detents and you are having the balls roll way down the barrel?

It doesn't seem to be an issue with the dtent. Just when it shoots there is barely any pressure behind it. The balls stay in place fine until it shoots

Did you happen to play with the dwell or reg settings?

Did you screw the back adjuster all the way in, then back it out a full turn? That's supposed to set the velocity to approx. 290fps, then tune from there.

I haven't touched the dwell or reg settings yet. Trying to adjust the velocity ising the screw in the back didn't affect anything

With a Mini at least, you need to screw the velocity adjuster all the way occasionally, then back it out a full turn, in order to reset the poppet. I'm not sure if this is the case with an Axe, but it's worth a shot.

This is the reason I gave up on my Mini and went back to what I know - old stuff.

Definitely check the dwell. I had a previously owned one that wouldn't go over 150. Bump it up a couple of milliseconds.

Also check to see if someone used threadtape instead of loktite anywhere. Loose thread tape can get sucked into parts it shouldn't.

Update: dwell was fine, poppet wasn't sticking (I checked both and it didn't fix it). Finally just stripped down the reg and lightly lubed the orings and got everything back together and it seems to be shooting fine now. Haven't chrono'd it yet but it is looking promising.
