Any idea how Evil ended up with the same design as Dye?
It is just like the GI Victus, HK Shocker, and other 'Private Label' guns. They are made the same for the most part as the base gun, but contracted by the original manufacturer to do some different milling.

There have been UL frames available for all of the PM models, the PM8 was the first to make it standard and the only option for it. The PM line was basically killing the sales of the DM line after people realized they were virtually identical save for a some nicer milling/anno, stock goodies like ASA and feedneck, and the eye wires. The PM8 bolt was actually better than the DM8 and it went on to be used in the DM9-11. I have always liked the ergonomics and shot quality of the PM8. I just hate eye pipes and servicing the LPR in them
