A bit of history...
I picked up a damaged AT-10, troubleshot it to the best of my ability and then contacted Gumby via PMs for assistance.
To put it straight; "It doesn't get any better!."
I detailed what I had done up to that point, and received several suggestions from Gumby on further troubleshooting steps. We worked it down to the point where the problem turned out to be one where I needed to send the receiver in for repairs.
I sent it in, and had it back fixed in a very short time.
During all of this, the response to my questions was prompt and professional, with a bit of humor thrown in.
I learned several things about how to troubleshoot problems, and wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if the need arose.
Thanks for the help and advice Robb.........
P.S. - If you have done business with Gumby, let us know how it went.

thanks for directing me here. i actually had never looked in this forum because i thought it was more or less just a review of vendors.
i'll give a great big THUMBS UP to Gumby. there was a shipping issue with the AT-85 i ordered, and i was having trouble getting a hold of someone at ATS via the phone. several folks here told me to contact Gumby, and within two days he had the problem figured out and a few weeks later (yesterday) my AT-85 arrived!
as i mentioned in my post on the ATS forum in the Armory, there are very few companies that have some one like Gumby who participates in an online community to help customers. i think that is one of the advantages of the internet, but few companies make use of it. what very well could have turned into a bad experience, was turned into a very positive one, and all it took was a person like Gumby to spend a little time on a forum he enjoys.
THANKS to Gumby, ATS, and MCB!!!

Sent in my ATS for a service and a tune up and left my hands leaking and not shooting and a couple pennies later Gun plus extra parts came in the mail and shoots like a dream. Love my ATS and I am glad I was able to find someone to tune it up to new for me to start off with. Thanks for the great work Rob.
