My experience with 50cal paint (round ball) have been as bad as 43cal ...

I'm looking forward to the first strike ... That's what makes this so appealing to me.

They sell 100 .50 cal fsr for $40. No clue how well they shoot and break on target at 280 fps. At 400+ fps I'd be more confident in the accuracy and the rounds breaking on target.

Anyone know if it has a removable barrel? I'd love to get a Nemesis barrel made for it!

That's my thoughts as well. But you could probably just chop the rails off and call it a day.

Looks like it does if you follow the link there is a First Strike Barrel coming place holder under the "Related Products". Might not be removable per se but at least replaceable.

I'm curious interested, might be fun on stock play days as an alternative to a standard stock class marker.

I'm just happy to see more pistols on the market. Sadly the revolver design seems to be the design to shove 68 cal into. Grip size can stay normal and it isn't like 5 shot revolvers in real steel aren't a thing. First time I saw this I didn't realize it was a top break, now twice as interested as soon as I see the price on cylinders.

I'd be curious if making a sort of speedloader from a 3D printer would be possible. Though getting it to let go of the paint would be difficult

You thinking a speedloader to load the cylinder while it is in the gun on the field or something else? Probably be easiest to just swap the cylinder.

Both actually lol. I'm definitely aware that easiest is just cylinder swapping. But doing something like a speedloader from the movies would be fun too IMO

In that case I think taking inspiration from the twist style made for real steel would be best. Look up HKS or Five Star. That would give the most leeway for variance in paint size and not put pressure on the paint while on standby. The Speedbeez might work as well, a weak spring is used as a detent and plungers push from the back. I think the Speedbeez would work best if dedicated to a FSR and the twist better for round ball. One issue with the twist would be if the cylinders hold the paint snugly like the TDR50 do. If so then the rounds wouldn't fall free so the plungers of the Speedbeez would be needed to set the paint.

It looks like a Webley revolver tried to get freaky with the drunk Chiappo rhino at their frat party but it was only able to give it a reach around and a peck on the cheek before passing out itself.

If I was a FSR shooter I would buy one though. I love some pistol action!
