I already lost 15 pounds since my elbow injury, but now that it's about 85% back to normal, I've signed up for spinning class. Been doing that every winter for the past 3 years. It gets my cardio up to speed for the start of the new paintball season in march/april and gets me really psyched. I love it!

I'm drinking more coffee than ever!! Ha ha.

I'm actually doing well. Started lifting weights again after several years away. I'm swimming and running as well. I'm running a 5k next Saturday. :)

As of this morning I hit 195. Down from 225 November 1st. The wife has lost the same amount since December 1st. I told her we lost both our children worth of weight and her eyes got big as dinner plates.

My goal is to be able to play in time for PP this year. PT twice a week, light exercise at home and starting to go to the gym a few times a week as long as the next appointment with the specialist ok's it.

I need to start doing something, I just don't know where to start. Plus, I've got a partially torn rotator cuff that, while I could probably do a lot for it with PT, I've been avoiding potentially doing more damage by doing something wrong. I'm not overweight (could probably stand to gain a few pounds), it's just the "wrong" weight.

I was going to start back to the gym Monday, but 65 work hours later I think I will try again Monday.

The wife joined Weight Watchers and has been cooking much better (healthy wise) food. I think my calorie intake per day is in the 1200-1500 range now.

Exercise has always been the key to my weight. If I keep moving my metabolism lets me eat virtually anything i want. I've just become a large bump on a long over time. So I do 25 minutes of cardio boxing 3-5 nights a week (WOOT for the Xbox Kinect) and then 15-20 minutes of free weights every night. Nothing too major just some 10,15 & 20 lb dumbbell weights but they are building the muscle in the place I want.

I want to get back into rowing; we'll see if I can get the money together to join the local club. Otherwise I may try my hand at running... (and by running I mean staggering gasping for air)
