Help me lose some weight!

So lately I have been kinda feeling down about the way I look. Last summer I weighed 150, I was pretty chunky, but I didn't have moobs. I weighed myself at the beginning of spring and I was 190. IDK how much I weigh now, I don't have access to a scale at the moment. But I would imagine I've lost a little since in the summer I'm a little more active.

I promised myself at the beginning of spring that I would try and spend every extra minute I could outside. But since it's been so hot and there really isn't anything to do. I kinda lacked in motivation.

I'm just sick of being out of shape. I haven't even been to a public pool in probably 4 years cause of how out of shape I am. My stretch marks are taking over my body and I just look ugly.

I would really like to get down to 150 by the end of the year, maybe even down to 135 if possible. Last summer I ran 5 miles everyday because I was going to join the Air Force. When I found out I couldn't join because of my disease, I got depressed and stopped running.

What can I do to lose weight? I know exercise is good, but I can't afford a gym membership or weights. I don't drink pop/energy drinks. I do however drink a lot of lemonade at work.

I also eat a fried chicken sandwich everyday before work and usually after. I'm willing to try basically anything now.

Joining might help motivate you. I find the biggest factor in changing your weight is diet. Cut down on the lemonade and fried chicken. try to eat white meats like chicken (not fried), turkey, fish, and more vegetables.

Losing weight is 90% the way you eat, and 10% cardio. You don't need a gym membership to lose weight.

I'm working on writing a sticky for the fitness forum so keep an eye out
