STICKERS!

My 2012 goal was to lose weight. I wasn't specific.
I went from 220lbs at the beginning of the year to now, 180lbs.
I've been struggling to drop below 180 but I can't do it.
That said, I am easily maintaining 180 so I don't expect to easily regain my loss.

I went from XL shirts to occasionally wearing M
My suit when from a 44Tall to a 42 Regular
My pants went from 36 to 33.
I have had to buy all new clothes.

My paintball pants don't even fit me anymore and they are massively adjustable.

I was at about 180 to 184 in 2012... with an incredibly weak left shoulder (from a previous injury).

Late Winter/early spring 2013 I got so sick that I lost 12 pounds. (not as fun as it sounds).

Now I'm back up to almost 180 and doing weight training off and on (being very careful with that previously f'd shoulder is tough). I just need to do more cardio and core strengthening than I am fitting in to my schedule now.

And I need a new belt as I'm too skinny for my old one. Sigh.

I've already gone from 240+lbs down to 194lbs.
Waist is down from 40 to 34 - and I pretty sure I could actually wear a 32 now.

Used to wear "XL" now solidly "medium". In no rational universe will I ever be smaller than a medium - I'm 6' tall.

Goal is around 180lbs before building up again. (just working on fat burning right now)

Basically, I want to reduce body fat and gain muscle, which I'm on track to do.
Nice job, congrats for sticking with it. How many times do you hear people starting a weightloss play? Seems like 90% never succeed. Keep up the good work, few have what it takes to get as far as you 've gone.

Currently 6'4" 230lbs approx. 20% body fat on the generous side.
Goal is 250lbs 15% BF and increased flexibility and endurance by May15th 2014.

Ultimately to be able to do a full indoor field sprint without being winded.

I am 6'4", pretty big upper body/shoulders. Was about 200 lb and 13% BF two years ago, tried to bulk up a bit, ended adding good lean mass but way too much fat due to an extended high-calorie diet. Trying to drop my body fat but keep lean mass high. Using a strict nutrition plan with a functional exercise routine (mostly plyometrics, balance, and TRX workouts) with some traditional weight lifting.

Start (Dec 20, 2013)
227 lb
23.5% BF
Update (Jan 16, 2014)
216.4 lb
18.9% BF
Goal (March/April 2014)
minimum 220 lb total weight
10% BF

I'm still hesitating at posting a goal just yet (not wanting to put too much pressure on myself) but I'm pretty proud of my success so far so I'll post this more as a motivator.

Start November 17th, 2013
~222lbs/100kg

Update #1 January 23rd, 2013
~194.5lbs/88kg

Goal? I'm only 5'7" but I clearly remember 170-180lbs being quite comfy. I'll get a better idea as things progress.

.
Losing almost 30 pounds over Christmas is most impressive. Take a moment to enjoy that, then decide what's next.

Thanks. The only goal I can think of (besides being healthier). Is to run a 5k with friends in May.
