I drive the boat.
My main goals are to increase core strength, leg strength and overall fitness. I'm really motivated with getting ready for carving it up this winter.

The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much, it is whether we provide enough for those who have little.
A conservative is a man with two perfectly good legs who, however, has never learned how to walk forward.

I want to improve my core strength. Gain muscle, cut that muscle. I suppose I would be happy with around 160 if that weight is muscle. I am 150 now.
Edit: I don't want bulky useless muscle though :]
Yes, I am oh-so specific...

I want to get to 230 pounds or less, over 600 pounds on the leg press, be able to do pull ups (I can almost do it), and just be fit in general. Oh, and succeed in getting my family to do Meatless Mondays more often since we all eat to much of it.

I'm pretty much starting from scratch from almost a full year of disability/light duty. Plus my back still hurts. So no real goal other than to just build up enough muscle and stamina to have a starting point. Then I'll get some specific goals to focus on.
So my goal, just to say it, is be well enough to go to the zombie run for your life marathon in october. i setting the bar high!
