I usually don't listen to music when I work out, but when I do, most of what you guys have listed is what I'm listing. The rest of the time, which is the majority of my workouts, I find listening to podcasts distracts me from the tedium of whatever I'm doing. I get caught up in their discussion, and then "wake up" to realize I've done 3 miles or so on the treadmill, or whatever.
My list (I subscribe to almost all of these using Podcast Republic and it handles it all for me):
Freakonomics Radio - economics and society.
Hooniverse - cars.
Lehto's Law - more cars, with some consumer protection advice from an actual attorney.
PC Gamer - computer gaming.
The Smoking Tire - even more cars.
This Week in Tech - technology.
Triangle Tactical - guns and shooting competitions.
Writing Excuses - modern literature writing techniques.
Penny Arcade (not handled by any subscription service) - video gaming and other geekery stuff.
I have been looking for a paintball podcast, but I don't really care about the tourney scene and haven't seen any others that have really sparked my interest. Oh well, I'll keep looking.
