Ok Kiddos.
Week 46 check in.

Where are we at?

140lbs, -1lb from last week

Got back into my short run of 6 miles, but weather out here has been hit or miss.

Light crossfit workouts, running, and insanity.

I'm at 401.5

I'm up to walking close to 2 miles and a light weight lifting.

So far so good :)

Just weighed myself today, I'm 158.5. I'm running every 2 days, lifting everyday. I'm beginning to get up to my threshold, my large improvements are just me reaching my normal level, so they'll slow down. I've increased weight lifting 10lbs across the board and ran another .5miles at the same pace. I have trouble keeping up routines so this thread helps with that somewhat also.
