Actually you can eat ice cream and fatty (saturated fats only though) foods but you have to look at the ingredients labels to make sure there is no corn or soy or artificial chemical ingredients in them, or MSG/dextrose

For example I can eat a **** ton of ice cream such as this "Natural Turkey Hill" chocolate & vanilla and peanut butter ice creams and lose any gained fat from it in only the next day or so:

look at that ****ing ice cream
I can eat that because I can look at the ingredients and say "OK, nothing trans fat or artificial or secret in there"

I'm not a spokesperson for this brand, I just ****ing love their ice cream and will be sad when its taken off store shelves

I seem to be consistently 183llbs before gym now (I.e. a true weight, and not me weighing myself after gym, a dump and no food or drink lol).

So since I started trying to do something about my weight I was 205llbs at heaviest, and now at 183llbs. I don't feel like I 'jiggle' as much, but I still have fat around my gut/waist although I am looking a lot slimmer in general. I also think I am putting on muscle (I hope).

Really just want to get this stuff off my gut though.

Pretty pleased that I can now fit into my pants again though I should be a lot better at Kilo 69 this year lol.

Scougar do me a favor! Save your snack food wrappers and next time you post about this subject list off the names of the ingredients on the ingredients lists of these foods you're eating

Your intestines have too much fecal matter sitting around in it maybe. Have you ever ate shrimp? Some of the big ones have lines of black goop in them when you peel them apart. Humans can get like this too. Google how other people deal with this issue. Some go to extreme lengths but love the results (coffee enema, never tried it nor do I want to at this time). Whatever you do tread carefully and experiment slowly.

If that ever happens again where you look and feel that way, Google anti-aging foods and foods good for skin health, and eat the healthiest most natural and simplest forms of those.

Losing weight is about eating properly. Exercising helps but it's mainly eating right

Weirdly... I have lost a lot of weight but I still have a lot of flab on my gut. Kinda weird.

Think I need to start doing some more stamina/endurance style training in order to get rid of that. My stamina in general is pretty bad tbh.
