been a hectic time getting back into the groove of the gym.

Wednesday and friday of last week:
Ran a mile
10 bench press x3
some dumbbell work for shoulders x3

Monday of this week:
cussing and trying not to set the damn house on fire x3
taking a garbage disposal out while fighting two pups to stay away from said garbage disposal x3.
finish fixing garbage disposal and it still leaks x2
more cussing....

Today:
replacing entire garbage disposal because the damn thing appears to just given up the ghost.

So after 3 messed up weeks... finally made it back to the gym!

20 min AMRAM

10 x all

Push ups
Thrusters with two 28lb KB
Lunges
KB swing 36lb
Renegade rows 15lb

Made it 4 rounds

That's a worthy goal. Be careful you're not pushing yourself into overtraining. I have to hold myself back as I have a strong tendency to overdo it. Remember that adaptation happens while you rest, working out is just the stress that stimulates the body to adapt
