Hotel gyms are weird.

5km

Curls, tries, Lat pull downs, and some sort of chest press.

Good news is 35lb curls are getting easier! Got two sets of ten today. The 30s after were super easy! Lol.

I want to increase my dumbbell OHP this year, but the gym I go to don't have anything heavy enough.

Worked out some aggression at the gym today. I was seeing red.

Quick and dirty.

3 sets of 10
Mil press with 30lb free weights
15 squats
One hand snatch with 40lb free weights
10 push ups

3 sets
20 flutter kick
10 Russian twist
30s plank.

Better now.

At the end of my workout today I played with HIIT training, 1 min max effort and two minutes rest. Alternated between ski erg and assault bike. Planned to do 5 rounds, stopped after 3 due to impending death. Holy crap. Had to lay on the floor for 10 minutes to collect myself.

Some bench press.
Some triceps

25 KB swing
20 flutter kick
20 Russian twist 20 lbs
10 ring rows

Then 21/15/9
Burpees and thrusters with just the bar.
