Any one else on a Keto lifestyle? Basically stay below 20 carbs, no sugar, no wheat and no milk. I used to think losing weight was 1/2 diet and 1/2 exercise...diet is way more important.

Gotta cycle it though if you are weight lifting.
I'd also recommend staying away from dairy despite it being keto friendly.
