The most intense cardio I have ever had is trying to wank left handed, standing up in the shower. Thatís a heart attack waiting to happen. Iím not even joking. Itís like running a marathon.

I can't do the boring cardio. Got to mix it with a sport or something. If your gym has racket ball courts, 60 - 90 minutes can kick your *** depending on your partner. Pickup b-ball, frisbee golf is cheap. But some folks are big on installing clothes drying racks (treadmills or stationary bikes).

I usually use the elliptical machine, but my right knee is really mad at playing 2v2 stick feed last weekend. Ellipticals are a little too nice to your knees sometimes. Those games take a turn very quickly.

Heavy bag? Man I'm jealous. it's a perfect cardio/bad day antidote.

Drumming is a good rage getter outer and cardio, if you ever need a plan B.

Dude, just do paintball drills. Run+gun, snap shooting... and play a ton of paintball. I know it can be expensive but it really is a good lower body and cardio workout...

Additionally you mentioned you want to do martial arts, just sign up and start doing them, I'm sure they will have some drills you can do at home as well.
