I try to do a simple, at home free weight circuit routine 2-3 times a week, but I might sub a extended cardio session for one of those. I also try to watch what I eat, and how much, to an extent, but I'm by no means religious about it. I'm 39, so by now I know how muscular/strong I prefer to be, and what my acceptable waist size is before I have to take drastic measures, so I do what I have to to maintain that. I haven't genuinely enjoyed working out since my 20's, though. I was a gym rat in college and would gladly spend 1.5-2hrs in the gym, 5-6 times a week.
