KL lever help

The throw on my lever has a weird pause in the middle of the throw and then again at the end. I took a short video that might help to explain it more, but basically in the middle of the lever action, the lever moves by the linkage arm doesn't. Because of this the linkage arm also finishes its movement before the lever does, so the lever has to finished the action while the linkage doesn't move.

I don't remember this from last season. Did I break something?

**Edit: I can't get the video to work. I will upload it as soon as I can.

Video can be found here until I can get it to work.

Check to see if there is a set screw loose where the lever rod attaches to the linkage...

This usually the case....

This same thing happened to my lever. Started small as just a pause at first and then got worse. The weld that holds the lever loop to the rotating is broken and only friction is keeping it in place.

It will probably require a trip back to the master but I will let him chime in.

Edit: To check and see if this is true cock the gun and make sure the bolt is returned fully forward. Now hold the lever in place and see if you can pull the bolt back by hand.

This is what it seemed like to me, but I wasn't sure.

Sorry man, but I think it's dead.

You could send it to me for recycling.

That's the same thing that happened to my Palmers lever action. A weld broke. I sent mine back to Palmers.
