Usa Based Custom Patch Maker?
I am one and I list on two other forums that keep me pretty busy. But If there is not one I would be willing to if there is an interest. I just wanted to ask so I dont step on any toes.
I am currently in the process of buying a larger machine to increase production. I will post listings once I get this machine (hopefully soon). I am NOT YET currently taking orders . I will l post this in the dealer page.
But here will be the pricing as I have it set on X7OG and A5OG.net
How It works....
1. Email me your ideas. send pictures jpegs bitmaps scans ect.... Then we discuss what your needs are.
,2. $20 One time non refundable fee (must be paid before beginning)Digitization... now this takes time. This includes web, hand and hand phone support with digital updates via email. If you order more of the same patch at another time the fee will not apply.
NOTE: Please keep in mind when making your patch. You are dealing with thread. The smaller the patch the less detail you will be able to incorporate. The smaller the font you use, the harder it will be able to make legible. what matters is the spacing between the letters. OLD ENGLISH and gothic style lettering is nice to have. but it take allot of room to look correct. The simpler the font the clearer it will come out.
Choose up to 8 colors per design.
4. Size and Pricing
Due to the fact this is a truly custom service. Each patch price is based on size and detail. Please contact me for a quote. Average price is anywhere 20-35 dollars per patch.
2.50 per Patch up to 5 inches
3.50 for Name plates up to 2 inches wide 5 inches long
5.00 for Name Plates 2+inches wide or 5+inches long
Name Plates $25.00
Set of 2
Black or Natural Canvas
Small plate for front and one large one for back.
Limits 2 inches wide 5 inches long.
Length Upgrade 3 to 6 inches wide and 5 to 8 inches long $35.00
BackGround UpGrade: $35.00
OD Green, Coyote Brown, Woodland, Marpat, Cadpat, ACU.
Length Upgrade 3 to 6 inches wide and 5 to 8 inches long $45.00
Note: Some material may not be in stock and will have to be ordered. I apologize for a slight delay.
(No digitization fee for name plates)
All shipping will be sent USPS. I will ship to Canada if customer will pay the added costs.
Paypal @ WicKKedStitches@aol.com
Money-order via usps.
PLEASE NOTE:The service that you are Buying is truly custom. Digitization and test out takes on the average takes roughly 30 hours. Please allow me the time to make the best product for you. Once Final Stitch Out is approved. No changes will be excepted or made. So please be completely sure this is the final product you want.
Please post your patch pride!!
So please keep me in mind and I will keep All of you updated!
To start a little buzz... some of the things I have made and designed.

you should edit your title to say that YOU are a US based patch maker. I skipped over this thread since it was posted thinking you were looking for one. I don't know the names of any patch companies so I didn't bother to look at it until now.
I know there are a few companies that get used by guys on here, but I don't think anyone actually makes them themselves.
Also - post a thread in the dealers section!

I've organized patch fundraisers for the last two years and no one has ever stepped forward before as someone on the site here that actually does the patches. A few people do the artwork, some have friends or companies that they deal with that they have suggested. A few of these are in the USA but you are the first member that I can remember actually stating that you do the patches.
When the next fundraiser comes around, I'll be in touch.
