My dad has a 1979 F-250 with the 460 engine. 17K original miles on it. Fun truck.

I wish I loved my old truck that much. But she's left me stranded twice. Mostly because the previous owner was a moron.

Old pickups are a guilty pleasure of mine. I sold my Suburban recently and I know as soon as I get a place with some more parking room, a pickup is in my future. Because as much as I love my's just not quite the same. There's something to be said for cruising around on a hot Saturday in the summer in an old pickup. Nothing else like it in the world.
My Feedback!

Have you driven a ford 300 I6? it certainly does. Although the thing can't be stopped. I owned one with half a million miles on it... To bad the frame broke in half.

While it's hardly a classic, I love my '00 Dakota. 4.7ohc V8 w/ 5sp manual is a fun combo in a 'compact' truck.

It's great to have a truck when your bike breaks down too.
