You gonna have a firing range there to test the creations?

Wally, I've lived around a lot of gravel driveways and roads, but NONE of them had curbs. They certainly could have used them. It was like someone was sliding around on the gravel all of the time.

Very nice. Outstanding as usual.

He certainly has the "range". I think he just needs a good paintball catcher, to keep the boss from eating too many.

I usually shoot a small statue in the back yard and wash it down with the hose to keep the animals from playing in it. The problem is when you miss, bounce, or shoot a drooper and the ball escapes. I think my neighbor's pool has caught one or two. I need to try the hanging towel/tarp thing again. I have a big chunk of good carpet I could try too.

I may have missed it somewhere but what kind of heating system are you planning for the shop?
Also thinking of any solar panels.

I did install radiant heating in the leanto section of the shop... the main shop will get a wood stove for heating...
I have been working on the ceilings on the leanto section and am now starting the interior walls....

I don't think I realized how big your shop was until that 'unpacking' photo.

Holy smokes!

Are you hoping for a one year build? Any chance you will be able to complete the shop by the anniversary date?

By the way, is that an old IH Scout hiding behind the boat?

I WISH..... but not going to make it...
I still have to finish interior framing the leanto section, wire the building, insulate, interior wall finish, shelving, work tables, another trip or two to pick up remaining storage and more...
I also need to finish my buddies shop as he's not a builder by any means....
Plus I need to work on the yard, complete some hunny-do's, add some ditches, more gravel and god knows what else...

The ole 4x4 is a 67 bronco.. my baby.....
Gotta stop now as just thinking about all this is making my ole back sore...

I know that feeling. Old storage boxes are like dirt. They naturally mix themselves up as you move them around. You have to dig to find anything, you might find treasure, or you might find trash.

What is your son going to do with all of his new space?
