Valentine's Day Ideas?

I need some ideas for V-Day this year (victory over va- you know). Anything you guys have tried that has worked well to make your lady happy? One good one that I did in the past was print out "I love you." several hundred times on copy paper and then cut it out all the little pieces. I put the confetti in her car, and purse the night before (she will find the pieces for days, some even months later, so it is great for extended points), and then when we awoke for work that morning, I said "surprise!" and rained down a few handfuls on top of her. Worked great, but I need new material. What do you have?

Oooh - thanks for the idea! I may have to try something like that.

One that worked well for me was I made a treasure hunt for my wife to find one of her V-day presents in the morning. I left the first clue taped to the bathroom mirror, something like "Good morning sunshine! Let some sun light in to light up your pretty face!" Then the next clue was on the window where she would see it when she opened the blinds. So on and so forth...

Another thing she always likes is when something gets delivered - Flowers, lunch, edible arrangement, etc.

I need fresh ideas too though. What else do you guys have??

You can't go wrong with the classics.

This made me laugh, thank you for that. And sorry for you loneliness. I guess the 14th is also single person awareness day.

Rainmaker, I do that for easter, but a valentine themed treasure hunt could work.

Back before wives and children started appearing me and the buddies would get together and tour the local gentlemen's clubs for the Big VD. I don't remember it all that well but I have a vague feeling we had a good time.

I'm one of the few remaining singles in my friend group.

Best thing I ever did sounds pretty small but it was hugely appreciated. The (now ex)girlfriend had been crazy busy at work and even working weekends so we weren't going to see each other much even through valentines weekend. I stayed over the night before and after she left for work I got up and did her dishes and folded and put away laundry sending her pics along the way. Did some other tidying as well.
