It's nice to be reminded of the sheer variety of weird and terrible sports that exist in the world. Once in a while. Like... maybe every 4 years.

Highlight so far: learning that "luging" is an actual word.

Luge is crazy. Those guys have a death wish. Anyone see Chloe Kim's final run? She is the next Shawn White for sure.

I watched both the mens and womens boardercross events. It's my favourite sport in the olympics (gasp, 'but he's Canadian sin't he required to say hockey?!'). That was a VERY tough course.

So many leg injuries... Canada's highest ranked male fractured his tibia on it in practice, another Canadian got a splint put on in during the races (I think it was semi's) and many more leg splints but on other countries competitors.

I think in future years they're going to have to rethink making such a difficult and technical course which is also as long as that one was. Fatigue was a major issue.

I didn't know what bordercross was until I looked it up. Why is this not a bigger thing? It's like motocross and snowboarding smashed together!

I always get a bit of a kick out of watching Curling. Though I think they should make it a dual-sport cross with curling hair. They could give additional prizes for Curliest Locks

I support this 100%. And add in bicep curls before you curl while curling.

I think Canada may be on the verge of declaring war since they lost to the US team in Curling...
