Is arrow gun still around? Worth anything?

Hey everyone. Is the arrow gun still around or worth something? One on my local Craigslist. Not sure if worth picking up.

I hadn't checked them for awhile ... when did they come out with a .50cal paintball version?
you may also have to acquire a new nock/plunger depending on draw length and if it was used...

Why have I never seen this before? Is it legal in any play? How do you make sure the FPS is legal ?

They are fun as hell but about the most useless paintball "gun" I own. In a game your a huge target standing with the bow drawn. There is also a huge learning curve to them.

I bought mine to keep shooting my bow at home since there isnt enough safe space for arrows. Better to accidentally hit something with a paintball then a arrow.

I have never had a issue taking it onto a field when I do. Ussualy scares the renters. But in reality I cant hit them anyway.

It's definitely a novelty. I've seen a few play at Supergame here in Oregon, where you have 1500 players on the field. You will get to talk about it a lot to people, and a few will ask to try it out. One guy is decent with it, but in reality, you are stuck to administration of the rest of your team, as you can't lay down much cover.

We have 6 of them for rent at TAG. They come with a 35 lb compound bow .50 barrel, .68 barrel, and a .22 pellet barrel new. Maybe other versions don’t.
