I voted 9 am, that being said I generally cut mine around 3:30 pm after I get home from work.
Now power tools, that's a whole other question.

I prefer to mow my lawn no sooner than 6...... Months from the first day of spring.

Seriously though 8:00 am around here weekday or weekend is fine with me. I personaly usualy mow in the afternoon or evening when I get home from work.

I keep getting stuck next to people who think it's acceptable for their lawn crews to go out at 7am. My kids aren't even up that early.

I voted 8, but that only applies to weekdays. For weekends I also say not before 10. Some people like to sleep in on the weekends.
