Online Transcription Companies?

My girlfriend is going to be moving from the USA to Canada shortly, and while we have her work visa all sorted out, it looks like there's going to be some employment downtime for her and we're trying to find some work she can do from home while everything gets moved and settled.

I've heard that there are some online transcription companies that do this sort of piecework, but I don't know which ones are reputable or worth pursuing. Anyone ever done this kind of work before and have recommendations?

You mean like a staffing agency for part time work?

I worked for Kelley Services a long time ago.

If it is a staffing agency, I would personally steer clear of Kelly Services. When I used them they were downright horrible, they lost a paycheck of mine, made it extremely difficult to cut me a new one, had a vehicle accident off the clock which affected my transportation for a minute and they refused to give me jobs. Made promises of jobs but never fulfilled their end. Volt services on the other hand is great.
