Art-house weird or bizzaro weird or weird to be weird?

The City of Lost Children (French, with Ron Perlman, dark steampunk/gaslamp fantasy vibe)
The Pillow Book (Japanese, Ewan McGregor back when he was edgy)
Koyaanisqatsi (your mileage may vary)
Open Your Eyes (Original version of Vanilla Sky, starring Penelope Cruz)
Time Code (4 cameras filming a story in one take)

Cheesy flicks I enjoyed:
Turbo Kid (Canadian post apocalyptic wasteland story)
Deathstalker & Deathstalker 2 (80s cheesy sword and sorcery, 2 was featured on MST3K live show I attended a few weeks ago, hilarious!)
Conan
Red Sonja

It's ok, I missed it too.

Oldschool, how do you only have 3 suggestions?! You're the chair of the EMR Film Festival!

I only recommend this because you said weird... I get a headache just thinking about it and I haven’t seen it in 20 years. I apologize in advance

I also want to suggest Cube because I remember liking it... but I also remember we rented that the summer when we turned 21.
