This is very accurate.

On my closed bolt guns, I often just throw in my smallest insert and call it good. When I'm shooting my CS1, I'll usually go one size smaller than what my teammates use, because they try to match or slightly overbore.

I have underbored with most of my guns, regardless of design (open bolt, closed bolt, mech, electro, etc) and it's always worked well.
