BKO Issue

I picked up an older BKO over the weekend (at the Supergame), and after pulling and cleaning the solenoid, to get rid of leaks, it shoots beautifully.

But... The bolt does not retract completely... It extends into the breach by 1/8" or so...

When the pin is inserted in the slot in the ram, it is not at the back of the top slot. The ram can not be pushed any further into the housing.

Any thoughts? Is there any adjustment? Wrong Ram? Wrong bolt?

Any help would be appreciated...

p.s. - The pix is from the sellers ebay posting. I can take better ones this evening...
p.s.s - I also picked up a nice Alleycat at the Supergame. It came with three barrels, one is a Lapco AutoSpirit..

Is the hammer screwed onto the ram all the way?

Same thing happened to my PM, pretty sure it's the hammer.

It turned out that the ram was not seated in the housing far enough. I removed it, replaced the 014 oring, slid it all the way in, and retightened the retaining set screw.

Result: No leaks, cycles and shoots paintballs with no issues.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

It is in beautiful shape...

The Supergame Swap Meet is a great place to shop. I also picked up an Alleycat with a Lapco Autospirit, Lapco ICD to Cocker adapter, stock barrel. amd a 5" barrel.

Was debating buying that bko but went and bought an orange prostock instead. Love orange markers especially old school markers.

I was going to buy it for $114 shipped when it was on eBay, but they took it down. I paid $60 for it at the swap meet...
