B2K4 Solenoid leaks

Dealing with a solenoid leak on my B2K4. As soon as air is applied through the LPR enough to push the bolt back air is leaking near the solenoid. Marker appears to operate normally other than the leak. I've read through the posts on here about cleaning the noid and replacing piston o rings inside the marker. I've done all that. Inside of the noid looks clean, o rings appear to be ok. One post mentioned replacing the o rings on the noid shaft. Does anyone have a size on those? Or maybe another suggestion on getting this leak fixed? I'm not really looking to spend $70 on a new noid from ASP when I can get a whole marker for that cost. Suggestions would be helpful. TIA!

I've had good luck matching o-rings at a local store instead of ordering a full kit. Did that with my EM1 solenoid.

Does it leak if you also turn the LPR down? not sure if you can tell if it is venting or if it is leaking.

It doesn's seem to matter what the LPR pressure is. As soon as I engage the LPR at all is starts leaking. From what I can tell, its coming from one of the vent grooves in the manifold. Not real easy to diagnose though.

Check the gasket between the solenoid and body? Maybe lightly grease it a bit.

I've tried that. Also tied pulling the o rings off the solenoid shaft to match them up. They are not a normal round o ring, they have a flat profile and the round rings that match up won't sit in the groove right.

You likely have a bad LPR reg seat. If it's original it will probably crumble when you pull it to inspect.
